How much will it cost to stay here?
Nothing! The rates for our TDY rentals are tied to your orders, so the DTS reimbursement will cover everything – there are no surprises or out-of-pocket expenses. Even if your training is shortened or extended, we’ll match the days that you are reimbursed for lodging.
Can I rent a single room?
Yes, we offer individual military rooms for rent in addition to family-friendly TDY homes.
How do payments and billing work?
Invoices are sent out on the 1st and 15th of the month. We accept all credit cards, and you can pay with your GTC.
We exclusively serve traveling military professionals, and we have created DTS-friendly receipts that are easy to submit and approve. If you have any issues with reimbursement, our DTS specialist is always available to help.
How can I book a reservation?
After you receive your TDY orders, simply call, text, or email us to make a reservation at the property of your choice.
